1. What A2Z News is

A2Z News is a news-aggregation service. We collect publicly available RSS feeds from third-party news publishers, deduplicate overlapping coverage, and generate AI-assisted summaries, "why it matters" explanations, key takeaways, and trust scores for each story. We are not a publisher of original news reporting — the underlying facts, quotes, and images belong to the outlets we link to.

2. AI-generated content is not verified fact

Summaries, "why it matters" sections, key takeaways, and trust scores are generated automatically by an AI model (currently Google Gemini) without manual review of every article. They can be incomplete, out of date, or occasionally wrong. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied on as your sole source of truth for any decision — always verify against the original reporting, linked on every article page.

3. Third-party content and intellectual property

Headlines, article excerpts, and images displayed on A2Z News originate from the publishers credited on each story and remain their intellectual property. We display them under fair-use/fair-dealing principles for the purpose of commentary, analysis, and news aggregation, and we link back to the original source on every article. If you are a publisher and want your feed removed from A2Z News, contact us via the Contact page and we will act on the request promptly.

The A2Z News name, logo, site design, and AI-generated analysis layers (summaries, trust scores, taxonomy, key takeaways) are our own work product and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site in a way that degrades service for other users
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the AI-analysis feature
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent AI-generated summaries or trust scores as original reporting or professional advice

5. Advertising

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2Z News is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any AI-generated content, including trust scores or summaries.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
